I recently bought a challenger here. The whole process was very straightforward and cut to the chase, which I like. Went in told them what car I wanted to look at. They got the keys and basically let me do the rest (after giving I.d of course). And then we got back from test drive (wife and I)and we were out the door with in 3 hours. Give it take a little.
